Mission Statement
Our mission is to enhance education in communities while serving to make a difference in the lives of military women of color, veterans, and family members.
Our Vision
I AM WOC’s strong belief in “One Goal – All for One.”
I AM WOC is a servicing organization with a seat at the table to influence policy changes and implement new polices as they relate to the success of military personnel and improve the quality of life for veterans and their families.
Opportunities to contact military affiliates embracing a "Shared Leadership Philosophy" to develop, mentor, and align strategies to ensure our military contributions are recognized.
I AM WOC is an organization that cares deeply about people and strives to make a difference in our communities.

The purpose of I AM WOC is to Inspire, Always Empower, and Mentor people, with a focus on women of color, through our partnerships with other organizations sharing like visions and goals.

MISSION: I AM WOMEN OF COLOR is to Inspire, Always Empower, and Mentor Women of Color
INSPIRE – To promote creativity and self-worth
ALWAYS EMPOWER – To educate and raise public awareness of the contributions and service of military women of color
MILITARY – To advocate for the rights and benefits for all Veterans especially women of color and to empower and mentor veterans who have served, who are serving, and/or would like to serve in the United States Armed Forces
WOMEN - Encourage people, focusing on women of color, to engage in leadership activities and share their stories
OF – Seeking opportunities to be of service and to make a positive difference in lives and communities
COLOR – Elevating people, with a focus on women of color, to prepare and participate in leadership roles
